Arrival
Depending on the level of damage, your car may be driven or towed to our repair center. When your car arrives, one of our dedicated estimators will complete a thorough inspection of the damage. The technician will walk around your car and video the section or sections that need to be repaired. While the technician completes this job, one of our team will assist you with the check-in procedure.
Estimate
When the inspection is over, we’ll prepare a written estimate for the repairs. If you’re arranging the repairs yourself, we’ll send the quote to you. Our technicians will also assist you with any questions or information you require to make your decision.
If your insurance is arranging the repairs, we’ll send a copy of the estimate to them. We have extensive experience in working with insurance companies. This knowledge enables us to provide the information they require. Your insurance company may send an assessor to examine the damage, and we’ll liaise with them for you.
Pre-Repair
Once we receive a confirmation to start the work from you or your insurance, we’ll prepare for the repair. Our parts department will supply all the required replacement parts. If we need a specific part we don’t have in stock, we can easily order it from the Honda factory for speedy delivery. All damaged sections will be removed, as the areas underneath them may need to be prepared for painting.
Repair
The number of technicians and the resources required varies from repair to repair. We know that you want your car back on the drive ASAP. To ensure this, we assign sufficient technicians to enable the repair to be completed as speedily as possible. During the repair, we’ll keep you informed of the progress and provide an updated time of completion.
Post-Repair
